This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the online bootcamp.
As seats are limited and content is delivered live, you may request a cancellation by emailing support@gradnext.co before the bootcamp begins.
Refund requests received before the bootcamp start date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once the bootcamp has begun, fees are generally non-refundable because access to live sessions and material has been provided. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
